Hola chicos !

lately I have been very busy getting to know all my family and new friends here so Daniel has been the one giving you updates...

I will soon get up to speed on my blogging duties but, in the meanwhile, I wanted to share a picture so that you can see how happy I am here in Spain. Now I just need to wait a couple of more weeks till dad comes to visit and we will be happy as ever !!!!

Meet Xulia & Lara

Today I want to introduce you to two of my best friends: Xulia and Lara.

They are the nieces of tia Fifi and I really have a lot of fun playing with them.

I already met them last week when tio Kaki and tia Fifi took me with them to spend the day in Laxe with tia Fifi's family and we really had a blast. And yesterday we repeated the playdate here in a park near my home.

Xulia is a really smart girl. She always takes care of me and she is so pretty that (ssshhh, don't tell anyone) I think I have a crush on her. She always behaves very well, does everything her mom says and never gets out of bed at night time. I like her so much that I am going to start doing it too !!!

Lara is a lot of fun. She is also very pretty with her blond hair and.... she loves eating. We really share that passsion and, as we are very good friends, yesterday we shared a nice pizza :-)

As you can see I am always surrounded by pretty "chicas" :-)

La Coruña

It has been a while but don't you think that Manuel and I have forgotten about you... the only reason why we have not been writing so often is because we have been really really busy....in La Coruña !!!

We arrived already 10 days ago and we have barely had a minute free. Such a busy social life :-)

El abuelo and the abuela had everything ready for our arrival.

My room is really cool and I love my extra large big boy bed. According to the long naps Manuel is having lately I believe he is also quite happy with his crib !

The weather is also behaving quite well so we go to the beach and to the parks very often.

Last Friday we went to the Monte San Pedro and I have to say we weren't disappointed at all !

It is a great park located in a high hill. The grass is so green that you just feel like rolling down the hill and the views of the city are really breathtaking.

I had a great time playing football with the abuelo, Rocco and a couple of new friends. Well, actually it was Rocco who had a blast grabbing the ball and biting it.... he is so fast !

Then I spent a long time at the playground and, by the end of the afternoon I was ready for dinner.

Pasta with tomate al fresco.... what a luxury !!!

Manuel was not able to try my pasta but he also managed to have a great time napping in our new stroller. You see? and he is dressed like a true Coruñes :-)

And when we thought the day could not get any better tio Kaki arrived by surprise to spend some time with us. Can you think of a better plan?

Ah ! I forgot.... tio Kaki just came back from his golf lessons and said that he did the best round of his life. He was really happy and said I should not forget to tell papa. Looks like they are planning to go together to the course when papa comes in a couple of weeks so he is getting ready to beat something (I could not get that clearly) out of him :-)

Last day of kindergarten...

Today is the last day of school before we head to Spain so I am posting a couple of pictures.

The first one is a picture of my class: The Pixies.

We are a bit naughty and sometimes we drive our teachers a bit crazy but we can be very sweet and nice too !


And here you have a picture with Christina, my teacher. She is american and we get on very well. We love to sing together and I am totally in love with her bike. A very big one she parks every morning next to the school. Maybe one day she will lend it to me?

So, as you can see, I have a very nice group of friends here in Prague so, even if I am very happy to go to Spain for the summer.... I am going to miss them very much.

Skyping

Had I told you that one of my favorite hobbies is to chat on Skype? and... had i told you that one of my abuela's favorite hobbies is to take pictures of us while we talk?

Well... now you know about it ! Have a look at the picture she took this afternoon :-)

Good news is that from Saturday we won;t have to Skype with the abuelos anymore because.... we are going to Spain !!!!

A day at the playground

Hi guys, this is Daniel reporting from Prague.

I am a bit late with this post but didn't want to miss telling you about the lovely day we had @ the playground a couple of weeks ago.

The kindergarten organized a nice day out with all my friends and their moms... what a nice idea !

It started with an exciting trip to the playground... by bus ! Yes, it was my first time on a bus and have to say that, even though it was a short trip, I really enjoyed it a lot.

The indoor playground was really a great place. Loads of toys, slides and a big area to play with sand. We even had a nice "merendola" with cakes, sandwiches and other goodies !

I specially enjoyed riding my Thomas train. I am still trying to decide what I like better... buses... trains.... such a hard decision ! I think I just like them both :-)

We also had some organized games so I could show off my fishing skills and it was clear that I am a pro bowling too.

When we got home (after another ride on the bus.... yupppiiiii) mom and I enjoyed the nice weather at the park, laughing and rolling around on the grass.

What a nice way of ending a wonderful day !

3 month check up

Can you believe that I am already 3 months old? time really goes fast, even when you are a baby :-)

So yesterday I went to the doctor for my big boy check up. This is my friend doctor Vanickova. She is really nice and we have a lot of fun together during the visits. She has all kind of interesting and cool toys to look into my ears, my eyes,....

Good news are that I am growing like a champ and healthy as lion !!!
