We had a great time this morning visiting the Lama Temple. Everything was really beautiful... even more with the snow !

Celebrating Chinese New Year in Langkawi

After such a busy time moving from one country to another.... what can be better than relaxing at the beach?

Last week was Chinese New Year vacation so we took off to Malaysia and visited an old friend of us: the Andaman in Langkawi.

Do you remember a post I made 4 years ago? yes ! the ones where the monkeys broke into our room! well, we went back to the same hotel and this time just made sure we closed the windows properly :-)

We had a great time playing in the pool, making castles at the beach, eating chicken satay and even cruising to see the sunset in Tarutao island.

An unforgettable time !

Daniel is a big boy

Yes I just turned 5 ! And to celebrate such a memorable occasion we celebrated... twice. I had a great time with my classmates at school blowing the candles of a super-pirate-cake. And then, we all got together to celebrate again with my friend Rocio and our friends.

I did miss my Prague friends, Opas, abuelos and the tios but it is great to see that I already have so many friends here. Looking forward to the 3 years to come :-)

Welcome to China... again !

Sorry guys it's been a while without news but we have been real busy lately. We moved to Beijing back in mid November and are now fully adjusted to the new routine. We love our new house, our new school and also our new friends ! We have already started learning some words in Chinese and are enjoying the first tours around the many amazing places this city has to offer. Here you have some of them !

A great time in Germany ...

Is coming to an end ! 

Manuel and I have truly enjoyed the last 4 weeks here... We joined a kindergarten in Holzeim,... played with our friends Toni, Julia & Leo,.. Spent a whole week with Marcel,.. Went to visit Herbert,... Made lanterns for Saint Martin,... Went to the train museum,... And saw the kasperl theatre !!! 

So, we are happy Bayern kids but are now ready to take our flight to Beijing. As you can imagine, after so much activity... We will sleep like little angels !!!

A second summer in La Coruña !!!

So while mom and dad where busy packing all our toys in boxes,... Daniel and I went the abuelitos to La Coruna. 

We had a great time and the weather was so good that it felt as I we were enjoying a second summer! I wonder why sad say that it always rains in La Coruna ?????

We spent in La Coruna nearly a month which seems a lot but went really really fast. Probably because we had a blast going to the playground with the abuelos, riding out bike with kaki, playing with Fifi and Xulia and, of course, making some visits to Bonilla !!!! We also went to the Aquarium and spent time with good friends like Pablo & nuky.

Mom joined us for the last two weeks and dad also came by for some days. And now... On our way to Germany !!! But, guess who are the pilots?

All good things come to an end

It's been 3 amazing years in Prague. So many things have happened !!! I welcomed my little brother Manuel. I joined the little mole preschool. Made wonderful friends and we had a lot of fun together. 

But al good thing come to an end and very soon we will move back to China. We are all very excited about the move... Our new house, our new school, out new friends... But we will also miss Prague.

Today Manuel and I are flying to Spain with the abuelitos while mom and dad start the packing (plenty of toys to get Ito the boxes!!!) and while I think of the last days I can't help but feeling a bit sad...

Going to the theatre with Adri for our first ballet show, Eloise's birthday party where I became a dragon, the boat tour, our good bye party at school with all our friends...

Many emotions and mixed feelings but I am sure We will meet many of our friends again. In the meanwhile, we will take them with us in our heart !!!

BBQ in Augsburg

With meister Klaus, auntie Jessie, marcel and Lena. The weekend couldn't have started better with a great BBQ, a little football match and loads of jumping. Well... The end roasting marshmallows in the open fire was not bad either :-)

A very special visit

Yesterday we had a very special visit... Our friend Diana came home to spend the afternoon with us ! And she didn't come alone... She came with her dad and her beautiful cousin.

W had a lot of fun making races around the house and she also showed us all the cool things she can do with her chair. Manuel was asking her to lift it every 5 minutes !!!!

She also gave us as a present a very very nice painting she did herself. I didn't know she was an artist like me ;-)

We had a great time together an cant to see her again soon !!!!

Back to school !

We certainly had a blast this summer in Nice and loved every second of it. That's why on Monday both Manuel and I had mixed feelings (and a certain nostalgia for croissants) when we walked to school in the morning.

I think dad had it too :-)

Ahoy!

Monday was a very special day because I went with mom and dad for a boat tour ! We left from Cannes early and took a ferry to Isle Sainte Margerite where we went to a wonderful beach and ate mules frites.

Then we took another boat back but this time went for a 2 hour tour of the Corniche d'or ... Loved it !

Missed Manuel though but it was too hot for him so we made maaaany pictures. Here you have some
