Big surprise !

So I knew tio kaki and Tia fifi would come to Prague for Easter but... What I didn't know is that my beloved Xulia would be coming with them !!!

I could not believe my eyes when I saw her at the airport and, since then, I can't get away from her :-) what a great surprise ! Manuel and I are really loving it...

Spring

... Well, not quite yet because it is cold like crazy ! But there is that much you can wish for so this morning we celebrated the Spring Festival at school.

We sung nice songs, danced and... Of course... Ate yummy things !

Was really nice to have Manuel as a Pixie and he had a lot of fun :-)

Golf

Manuel and I had heard papa talk often about how cool golf is. So, today, we all went together to give it a go !

I still have to polish a bit more my swing and Manuel... Well, let's just say that he was interested until mom took the biscuits out ! :-)

It was really nice to try golf and the perfect excuse for dad to practice a bit before Tio Kaki comes next week... Didn't you know that there is some serious competition going on there? Cant wait to go to the green with them!

Manuel is a big boy

Can you think of something more exciting than your first school day? I have looked forward to it for a very long time... And the day arrived !

Mixed feelings too. Will the teachers be nice? Will other kids want to play with me? Luckily Daniel was there by my side all the time, giving me courage and visiting me on the Ladybirds from time to time.

So far so good. I already have many friends at school and the teachers are really nice. Will show you some pictures soon !

Getting ready for school

Did you know that Manuel is going to start going to the kindergarten next week????

That's a very important milestone as a big so... As a next step to get him ready I took him to see my friend Massimo, the hairdresser.

Papa, don't worry.. He still keeps his curly hair but... Is already looking like a big boy !!!

Birthday parties galore !

Who said the life of a toddler is not busy? Not sure about you guys but last weekend was a really active one for us. It was Lucia and Isabella's birthday so Manuel and I were really happy to go and celebrate with them on Saturday and Sunday.
For Lucia's birthday we went to a very cool place with a playground and we learned how to make pizza and on Sunday... We had a blast in Isabella's party and really loved the piñata and the cake.

Play Doh snowmen

Today I am not feeling very well and had some fever during the night so I am staying home.

Still, many hours to fill, so Manuel and I are practicing our Play Doh skills. Do you like my snowman (and baby)???
